Talk, Listen, Connect

Sometimes when we or someone we know are feeling overwhelmed it can be hard to know where to start getting help. Talk, listen, connect is a reminder that sometimes the best thing we can do is talk to people we trust, listen to a friend in need, or connect with a helping resource.
